This condo has undergone a complete renovation. The modern decor features beautiful tile floors and fresh paint throughout, a completely renovated kitchen with a more spacious layout, white cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless appliances.
Windancer is one of the Destin area's best kept secrets. It's located just south of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. It’s a low-density, family-friendly resort (only 4 stories which means fewer people on the beach!) Our 3rd floor condo is a great place for your family to settle in and enjoy a truly special beach vacation. If you are a fan of Coral Reef Club which is right next to Henderson Park Inn, you will also LOVE Windancer--it's a sister building (same floor plans and a similarly uncrowded beach!)

The condo is open and airy with expansive ocean views from the kitchen and living areas.

An ideal condo for one family with children- we sleep up to 6 people.

You will be pleasantly surprised by all the 'extras' in our home that you would not normally find in a rental unit. No need to pack up your porta-crib, high chair, or sand toys, we have them all! For your convenience, we also have a washer and dryer, and a full-size iron and ironing board. And if you would like to keep up with friends, family or work while you are away, we provide free high-speed internet and WiFi. And of course, it goes without saying; you will love the white sand beach that is just outside your door!

Bedroom 1: King Master Bedroom and Bathroom

The Master suite has a King size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, night stands, reading lamps, dresser, closet and HDTV. The window has room darkening drapes (so you can sleep in or take an afternoon nap while on your vacation).

Master Bath: The attached full bathroom features a commode, vanity with sink, and a shared Jack-and-Jill style shower room with a tub/shower combination unit. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels.

Bunk Area--

For the children, we have built-in bunk beds in the hallway with individual Smart HDTV's so they can watch their favorite shows on their own NetFlix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. There's even an electrical outlet and USB port here for other electronics.

Half Bathroom--

There is a half bath with a commode and a sink. You also have Jack-and-Jill style access to the tub/shower room adjacent to the master bathroom.

Living Area and Balcony--

In our main living area we have a comfortable sofa, and two side chairs with reading lamps nearby. You'll find a large Smart HDTV for movie night or watching the big game. Smart TV means you can watch your favorite shows on your own NetFlix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. The living room also opens up to a balcony with spectacular views of the water. The balcony features a table and a couple of chairs, a perfect place for morning coffee or evening beverages and watch the dolphins frolic and enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Kitchen and Dining Area--

The remodeled custom kitchen features a great open layout, modern cabinets, granite counter tops and all new stainless appliances. It is better equipped than you will find in most rentals. We have a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, ice-maker, blender, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, ample plates, glasses, wine and beer glasses and kitchen utensils. For your convenience, we supply many “extras” such as cleaning products, trash bags, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap.

We have a round dining table with 4 chairs and the breakfast bar seats 2 more.

WINDANCER RESORT AMENITIES

You can soak up the sun at the beautiful beach side pool, or take a few steps to build sand castles or swim in the gulf. There's a nice community grilling area where you can grill dinner while enjoying the amazing ocean views. We also provide BEACH SERVICE - 2 beach chairs and an umbrella reserved and set up each day just for you. (Mar 1-Nov 30)

Windancer is perfectly located south of Scenic Gulf Drive in beautiful Miramar Beach, between Destin and the attractions along Scenic 30A in South Walton. Shopping is very close by at Silver Sands Premium Outlets or at Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. You'll also find fine dining, fun nightlife and retail boutiques in nearby Baytowne Wharf.
