An ideal home for 2-3 families with children- we sleep up to 15 people.

You’ll enjoy a wonderful beach vacation in this spacious home, just steps from the beach! This rental includes a COMPLIMENTARY ($600-800 value) 4-PASSENGER GOLF CART, is in the heart of Crystal Beach, a quiet, walkable neighborhood with white picket fences and easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities in Destin. Dolphin Retreat is a large home, with a beautiful private pool (heated if you wish), and a separate guest house. It’s perfect for large or multiple families, or folks who just want a lot of space to spread out.

Families love the unique reverse floorplan of this home. The main house has a king bedroom and a bunk room downstairs with a full-over-full bunk, 2 full baths, plus a living area with a very classy built-in wet bar and queen-size sleeper sofa. Upstairs on the 2nd floor, you’ll find a large open concept kitchen/dining/living area, half bathroom, plus a king master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The separate guest house has a large open room with 2 queen beds plus a kitchenette, seating area, full bath, and walk-in closet.

When you arrive, you’ll immediately appreciate the front porch and balcony with heavy Adirondack chairs inviting you to relax and switch to vacation mode. Inside, you’ll find many amenities, a large open living and dining area with plenty of comfortable seating and an HDTV. The large dining table seats 8-10, and there is additional seating for more at the counter. And of course, there is also dedicated FREE WIFI.

The fully-stocked kitchen is open to the 2nd floor living area and has new stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. You’ll find all the dishes, pans and utensils you may need, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. We want you to feel at home, and the large, open layout is a perfect gathering spot for your family or friends. From here, you can step out onto the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area.

BEDROOM #1 KING MASTER BEDROOM with ensuite bathroom, 1st floor
On the main floor at the back of the home you’ll find a lovely king bedroom. It features a comfortable king bed, a dresser, a roomy closet and a nightstand with lamp. You can relax in here with the HDTV. There's an ensuite bathroom and direct access to back patio and pool.

Bathroom #1, 1st floor
This private ensuite bathroom for the King Master bedroom includes a commode, tub/shower combination, and vanity. There are large fluffy bath towels, a personal hair dryer, and ample storage in this clean, bright bathroom.

BEDROOM #2 – Bunk Room, 1st floor
On your left as you enter the home you'll find a large bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed and a roomy closet. There's also a twin trundle bed perfect for our little guests. There’s a full bathroom in the hallway next to this bedroom.

Bathroom #2 – 1st Floor
This roomy bathroom features a vanity, commode, and shower. You’ll appreciate the size and convenience of this bathroom, as well as the big fluffy bath towels and personal hair dryer.

BEDROOM #3 - KING MASTER BEDROOM, with ensuite bathroom
On the 2nd floor, you'll find a large Master Bedroom with front balcony access. This large room features a new king bed, dresser, nights stands with lamps, and HDTV, plus a large ensuite bath and walk-in closet.

Bathroom #3 – Ensuite (Master Bedroom)
This bathroom is attached to the Master Bedroom, and is equipped with a commode, double vanity and sink with makeup station, separate tub and walk-in shower, plus large walk-in closet. There is also a personal hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels for bunk room guests.

Bathroom #4 – 2nd Floor
Half bathroom on the 2nd floor, convenient to the living area.

CARRIAGE HOUSE
This lovely Guest House is next to the private pool behind the main house. You'll access this area from exterior stairs.

BEDROOM #4 – DOUBLE QUEEN BEDROOM in Carriage House
This beautiful, open bedroom features two BRAND NEW QUEEN BEDS with nightstands, HDTV, and a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, toaster, coffee maker & microwave. A small table and chairs make a great spot for morning coffee or a snack. You’ll have plenty of space to settle in with the large dresser, and there’s a big walk-in closet across from the full bathroom.

Bathroom #5 – (Carriage House)
This bathroom includes a commode, sink and tub/shower combination. This bathroom is for guests sleeping in the Carriage House. You’ll also find a personal hair dryer and big fluffy bath towels in this bathroom.

PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD
You’ll find an amazing outdoor grilling/kitchen area with a sink, plus a natural gas fireplace! The private professionally maintained swimming pool is nestled in the beautifully landscaped backyard. It’s all yours – enjoy it! Pool heat is available for an additional fee. There’s plenty of space to spread out around the pool with lounge chairs and dining sets. A large gas grill on the back porch of the main house helps make dinners easy. A perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxing while grilling and watching the children in the pool.

OFF-STREET PARKING
The City of Destin has recently adopted very strict parking regulations. You may park up to 4 vehicles at this home, depending on size. You cannot park on the grass, over the sidewalk, on the street or in the right-of-way. If you have a large truck, van or SUV, there may not be enough space to legally park 4 vehicles at this home.

PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly and welcome your dogs in our home. There is a $200 per dog extra fee and your dog must be pre-approved by the owner.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
Crystal Beach is the gold standard of Destin...no high-rise condominiums or beaches packed with 4 rows of vendor chairs. Crystal beach is mostly residential, which contributes to the quietness of the neighborhood. Just a few steps away is the Tarpon Street beach access.

Restaurants, activities and entertainment are also close-by. Destin Commons, a beautiful upscale shopping and entertainment center, is less than a half-mile away. It features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Panera Bread, Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill, AMC Theater with IMAX and much more. Local favorite, Camille’s, is an easy walk and The Crab Trap is about a mile east. You can bicycle, scooter, Jet ski and go para-sailing all within walking distance. The Silver Sands Outlet mall is not far for those who enjoy “retail therapy”!
